International Services Agreement

The International Services Agreement template is a framework for the supply of services, in which one party (Service Provider) offers to the other party (Client), based in another country, certain services in a business to business relationship.

The contract is drafted in a way that can be used for the supply of a wide range of services in international markets: business management, engineering, technology, software and web services, advertising and design, marketing research, education and training, etc., in international markets. For international consulting services the model of International Consulting Agreement should be used.

In the most important aspects of the agreement (duration, terms of payment, expenses, obligations of the Service Provider, applicable law and competent jurisdiction, etc.) a number of alternatives have been provided, for the most appropriate one to be selected according to who writes the contract (the Service Provider or the Client).
