For international consulting services the model of International Consulting Agreement should be used.
In the most important aspects of the agreement (duration, terms of payment, expenses, obligations of the Service Provider, applicable law and competent jurisdiction, etc.) a number of alternatives have been provided, for the most appropriate one to be selected according to who writes the contract (the Service Provider or the Client).
