Contact Us

Feedback from users of health services informs us about how we are performing. In the main, the public are satisfied and appreciate local services, with hundreds of compliments received about local health services both formally and informally. The feedback through complaints is also important in assessing overall performance and in gauging public experience and perception.

Complaints are not regarded as negative because each complaint gives us the opportunity to examine what has happened and provides us with the opportunity to change the way we do things.
